Every Better Tickets application command and its options: /apply for members, /accept and /deny for reviewers, and the category commands admins use. For how the whole flow fits together, see the staff application bot overview.
Category management
These need Administrator or Manage Server; staff roles don't grant them. You create and configure categories on the dashboard's Applications → Forms page (see create and edit an application category). The commands below are the parts that still happen in Discord.
/application status
Opens or closes a category to new applications and updates its panel to match. Settings and past submissions aren't affected.
categorystringrequiredenablebooleanrequired/application delete
Deletes a category's configuration after you confirm. Existing submissions aren't deleted.
categorystringrequired/application send
Posts a panel members click to apply, the same panel as Publish panel on the dashboard. A form asks which application forms to include, a heading, description and footer (filled with starter text you can change), and an optional image. Each form's button uses its own label and color. You can only send to channels you can view and send messages in yourself.

/apply
Starts an application. If the member isn't eligible right now, they're told why; see reapply rules and cooldowns.

/accept
Accepts a submission, same as clicking Accept. Needs staff roles or admin.
categorystringrequireduseruserrequiredreasonstring/deny
Denies a submission, same as clicking Deny. Needs staff roles or admin.
categorystringrequireduseruserrequiredreasonstring/accept category:staff-team user:@riley reason:Strong answers on the trial-run question updates the submission message to show it as accepted, assigns the category's configured roles to Riley, and DMs them the decision. /deny works the same way but skips the role assignment.
