Every Better Tickets command also works as a plain message: a prefix followed by the command name, like !ping. The default prefix is !, and your server can add its own on top of it. Run /prefix add prefix:tix! and tix!open category:support opens a ticket exactly like typing /open category:support would, useful on mobile clients that hide the slash-command picker, or for a server whose members already type ! commands out of habit.
