/img turns an image into an animated effect: explode, implode, globe or spin. It’s entirely free, requires no setup and works for anyone.
In this example, we will use ! as the prefix.
Where the image comes from
Every/img subcommand resolves its source image the same way, checked in this order:
- Replying to a message: run the command as a reply to a message with an attached image or an embedded image, that’s used.
- The
memberoption: pick a member and their avatar is used. - The
imageoption: attach an image directly.
/img subcommand also has a !-prefixed shortcut for that: !explode, !implode, !globe, !spin.
The effects
/img explode: bulges the image outward from its center, fisheye-style./img implode: the opposite of explode, sucks the image inward into a vanishing point./img globe: wraps the image around a spinning globe./img spin: spins the image in place.
